SurvivorsEdit

  • Panzer IV Ausf.F1, Victory Park, Moscow, Russia. Restored around 2005, based around the turret. Most of the hull is reproduction, with the upper glacias, front left, back right, half of the suspension, and some small parts being original. The pieces were dug up from underground. It is sitting outside, on bare mud and grass.
  • Panzer IV Ausf.F1 Turret Bunker, fahrgestell no.82146, Museum of Military History, Budapest, Hungary. Converted in the 1950s into a machine gun nest at Matty, Hungary, it was recovered in March 2008 and restored. During the restoration, pieces of the serial number were found and point to this being a Panzer IV Ausf.F1 turret.
